Tasks

• Creating offers for new installations, repairs and service
• Following up on offers and processing tenders
• Creating and forwarding order confirmations
• Maintaining sales files
• Creating and sending catalogs, brochures, price lists
• Creating customs documents
• Operating the switchboard and reception
• Sales correspondence in German, French (English an advantage)
• Providing offer and price information

Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in internal sales an advantage
• Enjoyment of daily contact with customers
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German and French skills; English an advantage
• High service orientation
