Your tasks

• Co-responsibility in the leadership, promotion, and motivation of employees
• Co-responsibility for the introduction and instruction of new employees
• Collaboration in the management team of the Klinik für Intensivmedizin
• Checking and monitoring uniform nursing guidelines
• Active participation in the nursing and treatment of patients requiring intensive care
• Participation in the establishment of the Klinik für Intensivmedizin and process optimization

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann NDS HF Intensivpflege or comparable training
• Completed leadership training or willingness to obtain it
• At least two years of professional experience in an intensive care unit in a Swiss acute care hospital
• Initial leadership experience as a group leader or deputy team leader is an advantage
• High social and leadership competence as well as coordination and organizational skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with patients, doctors, and employees
