The 3rd generation family business specializes in hot-dip galvanizing, the execution of coatings and logistics services as well as the manufacture of containers and gratings.

For our Shared Service Center team at the Lotzwil location, we are looking for a technically skilled, independent and team-oriented personality to take responsibility for the financial accounting and payroll processing of our Swiss companies, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this key role, you will assume technical responsibility for Accounting and Payroll in Switzerland.

Your main tasks

• Ensuring reliable financial accounting of the Swiss companies as well as responsibility for the monthly and annual financial statements.
• Coordination and control of payroll processing including social security settlements and year-end tasks.
• Ensuring correct reconciliation between Payroll and financial accounting as well as the timely preparation of VAT returns.
• Technical contact person
• Technical support of our deputy in the expansion of their competencies as well as promoting the independent assumption of tasks.

We expect

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting.
• Several years of professional experience in Swiss accounting and in payroll processing.
• Sound knowledge in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as in the area of Swiss social security and value added tax.
• Structured, independent and careful way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview even when supporting several companies.
• Motivation to achieve goals together, as well as the willingness to pass on specialist knowledge.
