Your tasks
As a janitor at GHS Facility Solutions GmbH, you will undertake a versatile and responsible activity in the field of property maintenance. Your tasks include:

• Cleaning and care of stairwells, common areas and outdoor facilities
• Execution of apartment clearances and complete clearances
• Gardening work and care of green spaces
• Direct contact with tenants
• Coordination and accompaniment of craftsmen and service providers
• Minor administrative work (reports, simple correspondence)
• General janitorial and maintenance work

Your profile

• Completed training as a janitor or several years of professional experience in the field of janitorial services, cleaning and maintenance • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (multilingualism is an advantage)
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Friendly and confident appearance in dealing with tenants
• Physically resilient • Mandatory driving license category B
