Then, apply now to our vacant position of Export and Sales Administration Manager (M/F).   Responsibilities ###   You are responsible for the complete management of orders, from their receipt to delivery. You ensure the coordination of shipments with customers, production, the logistics department, and carriers. You are in close contact with customers and keep them informed of their order confirmation as well as any delivery modifications. You are responsible for the establishment of invoices within the deadlines and their accuracy. You ensure the efficient processing of complaints (replacement deliveries, returns, credit notes, etc.). You take charge, according to needs, of various administrative tasks.   Qualifications ###   You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training, and can justify at least three years of experience in internal sales service and order management, ideally in the industrial sector. Your mother tongue is French or German. Additionally, you communicate with ease, both orally and in writing, in English. You master SAP as well as the tools of the Microsoft Office suite, notably Excel and Outlook. You are customer-oriented and distinguish yourself by your autonomy, your efficiency, and your precision in work.
