What awaits you Trainer - 80% Train our new non-life advisors (P & SME) and support them towards excellence Transmit technical skills: insurance, products, systems, processes, sales methods Prepare and facilitate face-to-face or virtual training, with benevolent tutoring Adapt your pedagogy according to profiles, using innovative and digital methods Collaborate with a team of Swiss trainers and follow training trends Community Manager - 20% Animate the SME community in Suisse Romande Organize meetings to share best practices and strengthen exchanges Collaborate with the competence center to optimize our strategy Intervene in agencies and ensure tailor-made training Be the privileged link with regional management and underwriting What you bring Expertise in non-life insurance, ideally with experience in consulting or sales Experience in adult training, with an FSEA 1 diploma if possible Ability to create a climate of trust, making training dynamic and customer-oriented Autonomy, rigor, adaptability in an agile environment Mastery of digital to design hybrid training Perfect mastery of French, German desired for internal communication What we offer you We are convinced that satisfied employees achieve better performance.
