At Axetris AG in Central Switzerland, we develop and manufacture micro-optical components and laser-based gas detectors with passion and care, which enable reliable data transmission and precise emission measurements worldwide. We combine our specialized know-how with the strength of the international Leister Gruppe and its over 900 employees as well as 130 sales partners.

Do you want to not only sell technology, but also make new applications possible with customers? In the field of Micro Optics & Foundry Services, you combine technical innovation with international business and actively help build new business areas.

What you move

• You maintain existing customer relationships and win OEM volume projects
• You accompany inquiries until completion and guide customer ideas on the way to series production
• At trade fairs and conferences, you establish contacts and open doors to new markets
• You recognize market trends early and thus shape our strategy
• Around 30 % of your time you are traveling internationally, otherwise at our location in Kägiswil

What you bring

You meet people openly, listen attentively, and build sustainable customer relationships. Entrepreneurial thinking characterizes you: You recognize opportunities, act independently, and lead projects consistently to success. You convey your enthusiasm for technology convincingly, both internally and externally. You have several years of experience in technical direct sales and in account management as well as a technical background, such as an engineering degree (or a comparable qualification). You negotiate confidently in German and English, any further language is an advantage. Ideally, you also bring knowledge in EMS, Foundry Services, microtechnology, OSAT, or printed circuit board technology (PCB), which will enable you to make a quick start with us.
