construction manager for water treatment, 50-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you take over the construction management of demanding new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects
• in doing so, you coordinate the executing companies and ensure a smooth construction process
• you monitor deadlines, costs, as well as the quality of the work performed and conduct regular construction meetings
• additionally, you process tenders, submissions, measurements, as well as invoices and accompany the projects until acceptance and commissioning
• in doing so, you work closely with project managers, engineers, drafters, specialist planners, clients, and contractors
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 50 and 100%

requirements

• you have a construction-related education, for example as a drafter for structural or architectural engineering, mason, road builder, or similar (w/m/d)
• ideally, you have further trained as a civil engineer, construction technician, construction manager, site manager, or equivalent, or have corresponding professional experience
• practical experience in construction management or site management is important, preferably in civil engineering, structural engineering, concrete construction, or infrastructure construction
• you enjoy technically demanding and extraordinary construction projects and do not want to manage exclusively classic structural or civil engineering projects
• do you also describe yourself as independent, solution-oriented, communicative, and assertive?
