The Hilcona Taste Factory is the competence center for vegan products with a future. We are looking for a reliable personality who fixes malfunctions, maintains plants, and helps out with maintenance and repairs. You work pragmatically, think sustainably and solution-oriented, and are ready for shift work. Together we ensure that the operation runs smoothly.   Your tasks: -             Ensuring the operational readiness of our production and supply systems -             Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work with the team and, if necessary, with external partners -             Analysis and rectification of mechanical malfunctions as well as continuous optimization of the plants and processes -             Collaboration in conversions and technical improvements including support for projects   What you bring with you: -             Completed apprenticeship as an operations mechanic or equivalent EFZ training -             Experience in an industrial company is an advantage -             Readiness for shift work (early and late shifts) -             Readiness for on-call services in 3-shift operation -             German in spoken and written form Even older specialists as operations mechanics are very welcome at our customer.    Are you interested?
