Teamleader Electrical Cabinet Assembly (d/w/m) Workload: 100% Location: Biel Your tasks * You are responsible for the technical and personnel leadership of the electrical cabinet assembly team with around 10 employees, including their further development and know-how securing * You ensure a high quality standard in assembly and guarantee the implementation of safety regulations * You take responsibility for the coordination of assembly orders after planning has been completed and ensure delivery dates and assembly costs * You actively help in day-to-day business and work closely on projects for the further development of the department With Your profile * You have completed basic technical training as an automation technician or similar and have ideally successfully completed leadership training * You have several years of experience as a team leader in mechanical engineering * You are a solution-oriented, assertive and communicative personality and enjoy taking on new challenges * Good user knowledge in MS-Office, especially Excel, as well as good SAP knowledge are an advantage * You communicate very well in German (written and oral), English skills are an advantage MIKRON MILL is one of the worldwide experts for vertical milling and inventor of high-speed milling.
