We wish to recruit an Office Manager FR-ANG 100% for a wealth management firm.

Mission :
-------------

• Reception of calls and visitors.
• Routine administrative management.
• Monitoring and payment of invoices.
• Invoicing and monitoring of management fees.
• Interface with custodian banks and external partners.
• Travel related to administrative tasks and/or logistics.

Profile
----------

• Experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant in the financial sector.
• Knowledge in the field of wealth management or private banking is an asset.
• French native speaker with an excellent command of the English language.
• Sense of discretion, rigor and autonomy.
• Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Team spirit and ability to evolve in a small structure.
• Swiss residence required.
