What awaits you

• Planning and coordination of bed capacities for our oncological wards (59 beds)
• Close cooperation with nursing, medical teams, care coordination, as well as the central bed management for a smooth patient flow
• Steering of patient flows and optimal use of existing capacities
• Efficient coordination of emergencies and short-term admissions, taking clinical priorities into account
• Active participation in the design and further development of inpatient processes to ensure optimal patient care

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH with professional experience in oncology
• Ideally experience in bed management or a comparable coordination function
• Organizational talent as well as strong communication and coordination skills
• Flexible and reliable personality with willingness to provide holiday cover within the team
• Independent way of working, team spirit, and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
