Locality Genève Availability Immediately Type Temporary Reference 41471 Published on 17/07/2026 We are looking for our, an international research laboratory and leader in its field, a Civil Engineering Works Supervisor (M/F): Job Description ### This position provides temporary management and operational support to the accounting function: Execution of the year-end closing process + support in the preparation of financial statements. The selected candidate will ensure the continuity of accounting operations during a critical reference period, including the supervision of financial reports, the coordination of audit activities, and the maintenance of strong internal controls. Key responsibilities include: ? Supervise the year-end closing process and the preparation of financial statements (IPSAS) ? Coordinate and act as the main point of contact for external auditors ? Supervise daily accounting activities and support the team ? Supervise the support and monitoring of investment transactions executed on the financial markets ? Monitor the activities of the custodian and other service providers, including the supervision of service delivery and the review of key controls and outputs ? Review accounting results, reconciliations, and controls ? Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk mitigation processes, notably by ensuring that the internal control system remains up to date and effective ?
