Your tasks

• Customer advice and support from vehicle reception to handover
• Planning and coordination of workshop appointments
• Creating of offers and repair orders
• Interface between customers and the workshop
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Training in the automotive industry or corresponding professional experience
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for vehicles
• Communicative, friendly, and sales-oriented personality
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good German skills and driving license Cat. B
