you will take on responsibility, think ahead, and ensure that everything runs smoothly with us from the initial inquiry to successful delivery.

This is your day with us: You start flexibly between and o'clock with a coffee in our beautiful office near Lake Zurich. You independently and reliably coordinate the entire order and project processing (from order entry through procurement and schedule tracking to delivery), analyze customer requirements and prepare tailor-made offers, act as a contact person for our customers, suppliers, and field service employees, manage purchasing and the warehouse, and maintain our master data.

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial or technical basic training. If you have technical basic training, you should also have additional commercial or business administration further education
• You have several years of experience in internal sales, especially in project administration
• You bring a strong technical understanding as well as interest in technical products and their specifications
• You have already gained experience in purchasing
• You are confident in using ERP systems
• You like an independent, structured, and conscientious way of working
• You are strong in communication, resilient, and have strong team and social competence
• You speak and write German fluently
