Crissier is growing. Fast. And its after-school care with it: new structures, new projects, new teams. Concretely, this means that we are not looking for someone solely to keep existing things running, but someone to build what is coming.

If you have a vision of what quality after-school care should be — and the desire to implement it rather than debate it — the following should interest you.

Your main missions

You ensure the care and pedagogical supervision of children aged between 4 and 12 years in an Unité d'Accueil Parascolaire of 168 places, divided into 4 distinct groups. This after-school care is attached to the youth and social services department of the municipality.

On a daily basis, you welcome and accompany school-aged children — in the morning, at noon, and in the afternoon — in a framework that is both benevolent and structuring. You design and lead activities that have meaning, from free play to creative projects, including outings and quiet times. A reliable point of reference for children, you are also a trusted interlocutor for families.

You work in a multidisciplinary team and in close connection with network partners: school, municipal services, associations. Finally, you actively contribute to the evolution of our practices, because your critical eye and your proposals are expected, and not simply tolerated.

Your profile

• Diploma as an educator in early childhood ES, HES in social work, or a title deemed equivalent
• Initial experience in childcare is an asset — real potential is also an asset
• Energy, initiative, and the accompanying interpersonal ease, both when facing a group of children and within a team
• A taste for collective work and the ability to question yourself
• The desire to evolve and take on responsibilities in the medium term
• Mastery of French orally and in writing
