The Tertianum Bubenholz life and care center in Glattbrugg offers 59 barrier-free senior apartments with à la carte services and 43 individual care rooms. Bubenholz is located only 200 meters from the center of Opfikon/Glattbrugg.

Your tasks

• Autonomously take charge of complex care situations (e.g., palliative care, validation, etc.) as a reference person in care, develop the care process, develop it, and implement it with the FaGe collaborators
• Evaluate clinical situations and derive appropriate measures from them
• Supervise and coach professionals and collaborators of the Swiss Red Cross
• Organize training sessions and conferences for internal collaborators
• Support the LPB in bed allocation and the admission process
• Verify the MQI with the LPB and derive measures for the care team
• Implement in practice, with the team, current care concepts (pain, dementia, malnutrition, wound care, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed professional training in nursing HF or FH or an equivalent diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• 3 years of professional experience, preferably in long-term care
• A taste for supervision and support as well as strong coaching skills
• Knowledge of RAI and Care Coach is an asset
• Structured and autonomous working method
