FaGe EFZ for pool assignments in long-term care

Are you a Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ and desire more flexibility in your professional daily life? Whether individual assignments or regular pool shifts? You determine your availability, we provide you with suitable assignments.

For our nursing pool, we are looking for committed and experienced FaGe's for varied assignments in elderly and nursing centers as well as long-term care institutions in Bern, Solothurn and the surrounding area.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Two years of professional experience in long-term care
• Experience in daily responsibility is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and flexible way of working

Tasks ##

• Professional and individual care and support of the residents
• Taking over daily responsibility on the ward
• Preparing and administering medication according to operational guidelines and competencies
• Careful and complete nursing documentation as well as co-responsibility for a high quality of care and support
