Team Leader Logistics / Logistician with Leadership Function (m/f/d) 100%

For one of our well-known customers in the Canton of Zürich, we are looking for a motivated personality in the field of logistics, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Entry is via Try and Hire, i.e., a temporary employment with the option of permanent employment. In the event of subsequent permanent takeover, an attractive annual salary of 82'000 CHF awaits you.

Your main tasks:

Leadership and Organization:
You manage the logistics team operationally and ensure smooth processes in goods receiving and dispatch.

Warehouse Management:
You are responsible for professional storage, picking, as well as the timely provision of goods.

Interface Function:
You work closely with production and purchasing to guarantee optimal material availability.

Quality Assurance:
You monitor compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the entire warehouse area.

Your Profile:

Education:
You have successfully completed vocational training as a Logistiker EFZ.

Experience:
You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in logistics. Leadership experience is not mandatory, however, you are absolutely ready and motivated to take on this responsibility.

Industry Knowledge:
You have sound experience in the field of electrical engineering.

Driving Authorization:
A valid, SUVA-recognized forklift license is mandatory.

Personality:
You are an assertive, organized, and reliable personality with a high service orientation.
