CNC Programmer Setter (M/F)

Programming/setting: Study of plans and the mechanical feasibility of fixtures for new watches. Definition of manufacturing methods, cutting tools, and machining fixtures. Creation of CNC machining programs. Production of machined parts, machines, or tools in compliance with quality, rate, deadline, and safety requirements. Participation in the continuous improvement of one's working environment Manufacturing: Manufacturing of programmed parts on CNC and conventional milling machines. Creation of tooling. Execution of finishing: chamfering, micro-blasting, marking. Documentation of manufacturing processes if necessary. Collaboration with the industrialization department. Final control: Dimensional control during manufacturing according to plans Final dimensional and aesthetic control Profile: With a CFC in mechanic/polymechanic or an equivalent title, you have proven experience of several years in CAM programming. Knowledge of the "Esprit" software is an asset. You are recognized for your ability to work in a team and in a cross-functional manner, you recognize yourself as a versatile, conscientious, autonomous, adaptable person having a good analytical spirit and knowing how to manage priorities.
