Managing Director (100%) Stiftung Rossfeld As part of the succession planning, we are looking for a Managing Director (100%) Stiftung Rossfeld per April 2027 or by arrangement. Your tasks: You bear the overall operational responsibility for Stiftung Rossfeld. Together with the Board of Trustees, you will further develop strategy and organization. Your central tasks include the successful positioning of the foundation in the course of the transition from object- to subject-based financing, which enables people with disabilities to live a more autonomous and independent life, as well as the further development of the Reichenbachstrasse 122 location with a significant construction project. In addition, you are responsible for the financial management of the foundation, promote an appreciative leadership and corporate culture, and represent the foundation towards authorities, partners, politics, and other stakeholders. Your profile: You have a successful track record in a responsible leadership position with personnel and profit responsibility.
