What awaits you
Operating, monitoring and maintaining building technology systems and control systems
Carrying out and documenting inspection rounds, fault analyses and fault rectifications
Coordinating and carrying out inspections, maintenance and repairs on technical systems (HVAC, electrical)
Implementing customer orders as well as continuous optimization of building operations
Participation in conversions and modernizations
Accompanying and instructing third-party companies
Performing on-call service
What you bring with you
Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or comparable technical training (e.g., building technology / HVAC)
At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field
NIV 15 connection permit is an advantage or willingness to acquire it promptly
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT/PC skills
Teamwork skills as well as strong customer and service orientation
Flawless reputation (criminal and debt collection register extract)
