irides AG is a non-profit subsidiary of the Stiftung Blindenheim Basel. It operates a residential, elderly, and nursing center for people who are no longer able to remain in their private living environment due to health problems. It also offers a workplace in its own company and, upon request, a home for persons with support needs and/or a visual or hearing impairment.

To complement the team, we are looking for a motivated and committed

Work Agogist: Facility Service and Gastronomy 80%

Your main tasks

• Leading employees with pensions individually or in a team
• Planning the individual employees
• In consultation with the team leaders: Accompanying, caring for, and coordinating employees with support needs at the different workplaces and various locations
• Regularly conducting conversations, setting goals, and supporting in the achievement of goals
• Implementing and further developing agogic processes and structures, writing social reports, target agreements, and assessments of current status
• Professional compliance with the work agogic support processes
• Responsibility for the documentary proof obligation and needs assessment (IBB Rating)
• Cross-departmental work

Our expectations

• Completed vocational training, as well as completed additional agogic training BP/ HFP
• Practical experience in the field of Facility Service and/ or Gastronomy
• Sound knowledge of the IBB Rating
• Enjoyment of practical and varied work
• Communicative and enjoyment of interpersonal, individual contact
• Good MS Office skills
