With your several years of experience in project management, you steer projects confidently to success. You recognize potential for improvement and develop practical, effective solutions. With your strong communication skills and your sensitivity to different stakeholders, you convince at all levels. You are assertive, act proactively, and enjoy taking responsibility. Industry knowledge in logistics is an advantage, but not a must. Training or certification in project management (e.g., PMI/IPMA) is welcome. You have business-fluent German skills; French, English, or Italian skills are a plus for our Switzerland-wide projects Your tasks You are the link between all branch offices and are responsible for the conception and implementation of demanding projects. With your experience in project management, you set clear goals, create realistic project plans, and actively steer their implementation. In doing so, you maintain an overview, minimize risks, and ensure smooth communication. You take responsibility for schedule, budget, and resources and ensure that project goals are achieved efficiently, on time, and with high quality. In doing so, you question results constructively and live true ownership. Whether process optimization, software development and rollout, strategy projects, or operational initiatives - you lead different projects in a goal-oriented and successful manner to completion. As a problem solver and business analyst, you develop sustainable solutions and present professional project reports for internal and external interfaces. You master changes with structure and foresight: With your strong communication skills and your sense for various stakeholders, you successfully accompany change processes - also in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
