Personalberater/in RAV Amt für Arbeit Personalberater/in RAV 80 - 100% In the Canton of Zürich, the Amt für Arbeit operates 14 Regionale Arbeitsvermittlungszentren (RAV). In our RAV, we offer a comprehensive range of services for job seekers and employers from all industries and occupational groups. In addition, we support companies in the search for suitable employees. Here, at the pulse of the labor market, your commitment and your professional knowledge are required. In various RAV in the Canton of Zürich, we are looking for competent and strong advisory support immediately or by arrangement. These are your tasks Efficient and goal-oriented reintegration of job-seeking persons into the labor market, including systematic success measurement Carrying out assessments, development of integration strategies, as well as monitoring goal achievement Conducting advisory interviews with persons from different professional and social backgrounds, incl. handling demanding situations Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (AVIG) and performing the monitoring function Building and maintaining a resilient network with RAV partner institutions (Stellenmeldezentrum, Arbeitslosenkassen, Berufsberatung, Sozialhilfe etc.) Active cooperation with employers in the Zürich area to promote sustainable placements Precise administrative case management (approx. 50 % of the activity) What you bring with you Completed vocational training with EFZ and at least 8 years of professional experience in a consulting-intensive environment (e.g., HR, Recruiting, Personalberatung, Kundenbetreuung, Vertrieb with clear advisory competence, Arbeitsmarktintegration, Coaching or Case Management) Demonstrable experience in conducting demanding advisory situations and guiding people through change processes in a structured manner Enjoyment of an activity that encompasses advisory and administration equally (approx. 50 % administrative case management) Good knowledge of the labor market Very good German skills (min.
