Your mission
You combine customer needs with suitable concepts
As a Customer Advisor, you are the face of aXenta and at the same time the voice of our customers within the company. Thanks to your BVG expertise, you understand the needs of our customers, recognize optimization potential, and competently accompany them in their daily work. With your technical affinity, you support the development of practical concepts and contribute to continuously developing our solutions and creating real added value for our customers.

• You are the central interface between our customers and development
• You understand customer needs and develop suitable solutions from them
• You get requirements to the point and support the conception of functional and technical solutions
• You plan and manage exciting customer projects – from the idea to implementation
• You create offers and project documentation and ensure structured documentation
• You build long-term customer relationships and are the competent contact person for functional and technical questions

What you bring

• You have completed training related to occupational pension schemes or a related field
• You bring several years of experience in the BVG environment
• You are interested in software solutions, digital processes and new technologies
• You think analytically and structurally and find pragmatic solutions
• You work reliably, carefully and with high quality standards
• You enjoy communicating, appear confident and enjoy direct customer contact
• You have very good German skills; French and English are a plus
