Google Workspace Engineer (f/m/d) 80 - 100%. ### Your tasks ### • Operation & Lifecycle: Administration, operation and lifecycle management of the Google Workspace environment as well as adjacent cloud platforms • Support & Incident Management: Taking over internal 2nd level support for incidents and complex IT problems in the Google Workspace environment and ensuring the sustainable maintenance of internal know-how • Partner Management: Close cooperation, ticket handover and division of work with our external service provider in the areas of 3rd level tickets and platform further development • Security & Identity Management: Management and implementation of Zero Trust specifications (e.g. Context-Aware Access Policies, Chrome Enterprise Premium, 2FA) as well as the management of OAuth / SAML integrations and SSO connections in Cloud Identity Management • Engineering & Further Development: Continuous further development, innovation management and quality assurance of the digital workplace and support of projects • Process Optimization: Further development and automation of operational lifecycle processes (on-/offboarding, approval processes, Sec-Ops processes, authorization management) • Documentation: Creation and continuous maintenance of understandable instructions, checklists, operating manuals and standardized process flows Your profile ### • Education: Completed vocational training as Informatiker/in EFZ, FA or HF • Professional Experience: Sound and practically proven experience in the engineering and administration of enterprise Google Workspace environments (ideally with corresponding Google Cloud/Workspace certifications) • Specialist Knowledge: Very good knowledge in Cloud Identity Management, SSO (SAML/OIDC), authorization concepts as well as in security topics (Zero Trust, Context Aware Access, EPM). Experience in managing external service providers and good ITIL knowledge are required • Methodological Competence: Practical experience in project management and in the application of agile methods (e.g. Prince2, SCRUM or similar) • Working Style & Soft Skills: High analytical and abstract thinking skills, a very good and fast comprehension as well as strong solution orientation.
