Your tasks

• In day-to-day operations, you help shape topics from everyday hospital life and thereby get to know the entire spectrum of corporate communications. You will be accompanied and coached by the team and can benefit from our experience and learn in practice.
• You will take on responsibility early for your own topics from hospital, research, or support areas and create concepts, measures, and content for them, which you implement for the relevant external and internal channels. You will pitch in independently, contribute your creative ideas, and implement them.
• As a focus, you write and edit high-quality texts from real everyday hospital life, which you publish on internal and external channels. In doing so, you bring your joy for journalistic storytelling and tell relevant, target-group-oriented, and emotional stories.
• You create videos and content for social media and support community management.
• You process media inquiries in close cooperation with our media officers or accompany media professionals during filming appointments.
• In addition, you work on strategic projects or produce content for the website or internal channels.
• You actively maintain cooperation with the team as well as with subject matter experts from the hospital, foundation, and management.

Your profile

• With a completed Bachelor's degree in communication and journalism or a comparable education, you bring the appropriate foundation.
• As a career starter, you want to get involved in corporate communications and the corporate newsroom, take on responsibility, and learn.
• Editorial thinking suits you, and you enjoy writing journalistic texts. You succeed in getting complex issues to the point in a comprehensible and target-group-oriented manner.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in German are among your strengths.
• A quick grasp of matters characterizes you, and you deliver high-quality work even under pressure.

Your salary ##

Your gross salary is CHF 3'400 per month.
