Mission
You will take on a central role in our special production at the Horgen location. Together with the team, you will ensure the timely availability of our products from special production. In compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Your Impact:
Setting up and operating CNC-controlled milling machines
Programming parts on the CAM system (Mastercam)
Creating, filing, and managing all programs and production documents necessary for this.
Manufacturing individual parts, prototypes, and small series
Checking the manufactured parts using measuring and testing equipment
Optimization of production processes
Carrying out daily maintenance work as well as care of the systems and equipment
Independent collaboration with all interfaces (Development, Design, Supply Chain, Maintenance)
Production plan: Reading, interpreting, prioritizing, and implementing
Your Qualifications:
Completed training as Polymechaniker:in EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker:in EFZ, Werkzeugmacher:in EFZ or comparable qualification.
Professional experience > 15 years on CNC-controlled milling machines
Profound knowledge in Mastercam and Cimco CAD/CAM software
Experience in handling Fanuc controls
Confident reading of technical drawings
Routined handling of SAP and MS-Office programs
Good production knowledge with aluminum and brass
Advanced knowledge in the area of Duro- and Thermoplastics is an advantage
Crane license
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
