Our offer ranges from advice for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, as well as home care and support. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contracting municipalities. Thanks to our comprehensive range of care, we enable people to stay in their usual home for as long as possible despite health limitations. It is planned to establish a night Spitex soon. Your tasks • Care and support of our female and male clients at home • Ensuring the care process • Conducting advisory interviews • Responsibility for the professional and organizational coordination of the Spitex operation during evening services, weekends and public holidays Your profile • Completed training as a registered nurse DN I/DN II/HF/FH • High social, methodological and professional skills • Very good knowledge of German, oral and written • Current IT knowledge (MS Office, Perigon) • Category B driver's license • Autonomous and responsible way of working Our offer Interested?
