A SAP/HR specialist

A SAP/HR specialist (80-100%) within the Service des ressources humaines, in Sion Your tasks You participate in the maintenance, configuration, and evolution of SAP HR solutions in fields related to human resources management You analyze user needs and design, with business and IT specialists, simple, reliable solutions adapted to HR processes You actively participate in the digitalization of the HR information system and the integration of new solutions You contribute to the development of HR reporting in order to better value and exploit data You lead or participate in IT/HR projects, from needs analysis to production You contribute to the integration of different applications and to data exchange within the HR information system You work in collaboration with the Service cantonal de l’informatique and other internal or external partners You assume responsibilities in human resources management, notably the processing of personnel files Your profile HES training in computer science or training deemed equivalent Professional experience in the configuration and maintenance of the SAP/HR module and a good understanding of HR processes Knowledge in the field of Business Intelligence and/or the SAP SuccessFactors suite is an asset Experience in the integration of new IT solutions and in project management Interest in issues related to personnel management Acute and proven sense of user needs analysis Ease in written and verbal communication Organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the second official language, as well as the English language Start of employment – special condition Immediately or to be agreed Information Information about the position: Service des ressources humaines, Mme Céline Kalbermatten () Online application preferred: or sending offers to: Service des ressources humaines, Place St-Théodule 15, 1951 Sion Application deadline: 11 September 2026 / Reference number: 112606 Sion, 28 August 2026 jpid3f82565jm jpit0835jm jpiy26jm
