Altrajob accompanies its client, a Fribourg family business active in the construction sector and specializing in concrete solutions. In order to strengthen its teams, we are looking for a:

French-German Receptionist M/F

>>> Missions :

• Ensure the reception of visitors, clients, and collaborators * Organize and manage daily reception activities * Participate in various administrative tasks and ensure the follow-up of different work equipment * Collaborate with the production, sales, and project management departments * Take part in internal meetings and contribute to their organization * Participate in the preparation and organization of events

>>> Profile :

Having benefited from professional training or experience in administration or secretarial work, you ideally have 4 years of experience in a similar role.

You are proficient in MS Office and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Native German or French speaker, you have good knowledge of the other language, both oral and written (minimum B2 level).

You demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and an excellent sense of service.

• A fixed contract between 40% and 60% + A salary (at 100%) of 4'500.- to 5'000.- gross monthly x 13 + A position within a family business, with a pleasant working atmosphere + A parking space available free of charge + Support for initial and continuous training, in time and/or financing + 25 to 30 days of vacation, depending on your age
