Die Schule für Gestaltung Bern und Biel is the significant competence center for vocational and continuing education in the areas of design, communication, media and art - with strong supra-regional influence. Per semester, up to 2000 learners, students, course participants, teachers, employees and guests are active here.

During your apprenticeship, you will get to know various areas of the commercial profession. You will receive exciting insights into our daily school life and will take over your own tasks and responsibility step by step.

Your tasks

• Diverse insights into various topics and work areas
• Support of our customers at the counter and on the telephone
• Independent organization of smaller events
• Collaboration at events such as the BAM, the Infotag or the Buskers
• Completion of varied administrative tasks and correspondence
• Cooperation with various internal departments
• Gradual assumption of responsibility and independent management of your own areas of responsibility

Your profile

• A secondary school certificate (Sekundarschulabschluss) or a very good lower secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss)
• Openness towards different personalities and enjoyment of communicating with people
• Enjoyment of organizational and administrative tasks
• A reliable, independent and structured way of working
• The ability to learn new things quickly and the motivation to develop yourself further
• Initiative and the willingness to take on responsibility and think ahead
• Team spirit, commitment and a good dose of humor in everyday work
