Altrajob is supporting its client, an industrial company active in the field of mechanics. As part of the reinforcement of its Purchasing department, we are looking for a:

Industrial Buyer FR-GER-ENG M/F

>>> Missions :

• Drive and optimize the Procure-to-Pay process, from the expression of need to invoicing
• Support internal clients as a Purchasing Business Partner
• Search for, evaluate, and develop a panel of suppliers meeting the company's requirements
• Manage calls for tender, commercial negotiations, and contracting
• Ensure the follow-up of suppliers, claims, and discrepancies in delivery or invoicing
• Analyze costs, price history, and supplier indicators in order to identify optimization levers
• Ensure operational support for the Purchasing department
• Supervise and support the commercial apprentice in their training

>>> Profile sought :

With the benefit of a technical CFC completed by training in purchasing or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in industrial purchasing in Switzerland.

You master the Procure-to-Pay process, calls for tender, negotiation, SAP, and Microsoft 365.

You possess excellent knowledge of French and German, as well as good knowledge of English.

Rigorous, reliable, and solution-oriented, you demonstrate initiative and diplomacy.
