As a Personnel Consultant Regional Job Placement, you are the key to the successful integration of persons of various origins into the labor market. With your expertise, you analyze labor market attractiveness, conduct advisory interviews, and develop reintegration strategies for job-seeking persons.

Your tasks

• Analysis of the labor market attractiveness of clients as well as the labor market situation for the job search area
• Conducting impact-oriented advisory interviews with the goal of (re)integrating clients into the labor market quickly and permanently
• Development of solution-oriented, transparent, and binding reintegration strategies, ongoing review and adjustment in follow-up interviews
• Targeted use of labor market measures
• Reflection and optimization of the advisory activity within the framework of the public job placement strategy as well as legal requirements

Your profile

• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship EFZ and bring at least five years of qualified professional experience in consulting
• An efficient way of working, organizational talent, and the ability to set priorities correctly characterize you
• You are willing to complete the training course for HR specialists in specialization direction B and to acquire the federal diploma if you do not already possess a federal diploma for HR specialists or for social insurance specialists
• Very good oral and written German skills, oral French skills are an advantage
• Very good IT user skills
