Real estate agent sales/rental of properties

To complete our team we are looking for a:

Real estate agent sales/rental of properties

Tasks:

• Acquisition and valuation of properties intended for sale or rental.
• Promotion of properties through advertisements, specialized portals and marketing activities.
• Organization and management of visits with potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiation of sales or rental conditions between the interested parties.
• Management of administrative procedures and support until the conclusion of the contract

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the German language (oral and written) - minimum required knowledge C1
• Good/excellent knowledge of the Italian language (oral and written)
• Preferably previous experience in the real estate sector

Employment details:

• Employment starting immediately, at 100% for an indefinite period (applications with reduced employment can also be evaluated)
• Place of work: Locarno
• Salary to be agreed upon based on skills
