Your tasks
Overall responsibility for geothermal probe projects, from planning to completion
Acquisition of new orders and active expansion of existing customer relationships
Consulting and support for clients, planners, and authorities
Calculation, tendering, and post-calculation
Regular assignments on construction sites for inspections, meetings, and minor assistance
Schedule, quality, and cost control
What you bring with you
Technical and/or commercial basic training or studies in the construction or construction-related industry
Experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager as well as leadership experience is an advantage
Comprehensive MS Office knowledge
Entrepreneurial thinking and communication strength
Independent and solution-oriented way of working
Enthusiasm for innovative energy solutions
