Together with customers, sales, customer service, online marketing, and software development, you will identify needs, derive innovative solutions from them, and accompany them from the idea to a successful market launch. You analyze customer processes, create concepts and business cases, prioritize requirements, and ensure that ideas become successful products. As a central hub between the market, customer, and development, you will actively help shape the digital future of HARTMANN. In doing so, you combine market and customer understanding with product management and technological know-how and contribute significantly to the business success of our solutions.
