Team Lead Marketing

In this versatile leadership role, you will actively shape the further development of the Quooker brand in the Swiss market together with your team.

Your tasks:

• You lead two Marketing Coordinators professionally and personally and promote their further development
• You plan and control the marketing activities for the Swiss market and ensure effective and timely implementation
• You are responsible for ongoing projects, budgets, and relevant key figures and continuously and proactively develop the marketing activities further
• As a Key User of the Marketing Cloud, you work closely with those responsible for the Service and Sales Cloud as well as with the international headquarters
• You coordinate internal and external partners and ensure professional and smooth cooperation
• You report to the Head of Marketing Switzerland and are in regular exchange with the international marketing team

Your profile:

• You mandatory possess completed further training in marketing with a federal diploma of higher education (eidgenössischem Fachausweis) or a university of applied sciences degree.
• At least three years of leadership experience in a smaller marketing team
• Sound experience in operational and strategic marketing on the company side, with responsibility for a brand or a product, is required for this position. Pure agency experience does not meet the requirements of this function.
• You are strong in communication, work in a structured manner, and have a pronounced sense for brands and target groups
• You work independently and solution-oriented, like to take on responsibility, and actively contribute your own ideas
• You mandatory communicate fluently in German and are business fluent in English and Italian. Good French skills ideally round off your language profile.
