Your main tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of four logistics specialists and 1 apprentice
• Ensuring and monitoring the planning, control, and optimization of processes
• Monitoring open goods receipts, internal transfers, and picking orders
• Responsible for daily ready-to-ship picking within the area of responsibility
• Independent order processing as well as project processing in the assigned area
• Active support of daily business: goods receipt; picking, transferring, and loading
• Processing irregularities (damages, shortages) and initiating measures
• Close cooperation with other departments

Your profile

• Sound training and further education in logistics (warehouse, scheduling, and transport), logistics specialist (Logistikfachfrau/-mann) an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience in logistics
• Process-oriented as well as cross-functional thinking and acting
• The healthy ambition to help shape processes in a new semi-automatic high-bay warehouse and to implement them with the team
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, LFS and SAP knowledge an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• High level of independence, social competence, reliability, and team orientation
