Business Intelligence Specialist

Your tasks

• You design, develop and optimize data models, management dashboards as well as reports and create meaningful analyses for the financial management of hospital operations, focusing on analytics and operational processes in controlling.
• You analyze the requirements of our specialist departments and develop tailor-made business intelligence solutions in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• You integrate new source systems and continuously develop our modern data platform through the implementation of new data models, cubes and data warehouse solutions.
• You are co-responsible for the maintenance, operation as well as the continuous further development of our business intelligence landscape and ensure its quality, stability and future viability.
• You advise and enable our employees in the use of business intelligence tools and support them in making data-based decisions in their daily work.

Your profile

• You have a university degree (FH or university) in business administration, business informatics, informatics or a related field or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring approx. three years of professional experience in the conception, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions in the controlling area.
• You have sound experience in the development of reporting, analysis and dashboard solutions with common BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense. Knowledge of Qlik Sense is an advantage.
• Ideally, you bring experience in the development of data models as well as in the construction and further development of data warehouse solutions and modern data platforms.
• You are characterized by strong analytical and conceptual skills, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and communicate appropriately for the target group. You enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation with different stakeholders.
