You create tailor-made offers and orders, manage projects from beginning to end, and ensure a smooth process during the issuance and return of event material. At the same time, you represent our company at networking events, forge valuable contacts, and thus further expand our customer network. Thanks to your commitment and your solution-oriented way of working, you offer our customers service at the highest level and contribute actively to the further development of our company.
Your tasks
Creating offers and orders
telephone support and advice for our customers
direct advice and support of customers at the counter and in the show-room as well as on-site at the location
Independent project management for assigned customers, including planning, coordination, and implementation
Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships.
Participation in networking events for customer acquisition and maintenance of business contacts
general administrative work
You accompany large-scale projects on-site incl. logistics coordination and serve as a direct contact person for customers
Your competencies and our requirements
Enjoyment in dealing with customers
expeditious and independent way of working
Joy in working in a team
Flexibility and reliability in performing work
Commercial training or similar experience from other areas
good IT skills (common Office programs)
Stylish oral and written communication in German (French and English are an advantage)
Readiness to work outside of normal working hours during the season.
