You identify optimization potential along our processes, lead sub-projects and drive the continuous improvement process with targeted initiatives. You coordinate changes and projects in a sovereign manner and thus ensure the sustainable development of our system and process landscape. With your understanding of end-to-end processes and your expertise in support and training, you enable Key Users and users to use SAP efficiently and securely. Together with the departments, you contribute to the stability, standardization and continuous improvement of our processes.
