We optimize the entire wealth situation of our customers. This makes your work more versatile and varied than at other financial service providers.
You are part of advisory meetings from day one and take on more and more of the lead. Together with experienced consultants, you work out how your customers can best provide for retirement, invest money, finance real estate, settle estates, and save taxes.
Questions about money and retirement are at the very top of the worry barometer. With your work, you make a valuable contribution to ensuring that your customers find the right answers to their questions.
The fact that we place our customers' satisfaction at the center is reflected in an extraordinarily high Net Promoter Score of well over 70.
The trainee program is a direct entry: In 18 to 24 months, you will acquire everything you need for your work as a consultant.
What you bring with you
Ongoing or completed studies at a (technical) university or higher vocational school
Interest in money topics and enjoyment of customer contact
