Your tasks

• Disciplinary management and development of an interdisciplinary engineering team
• Ensure the management of new and retrofit projects within deadlines, with high quality and technical coordination
• Management and supervision of the engineering design process
• Technical interlocutor for project management as well as coordination of technical agreements with clients
• Planning and management of engineering capacities as well as organization of additional resources if necessary
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, directives, and internal requirements
• Evaluation of customer requirements in terms of technical and commercial feasibility in collaboration with sales, the bidding team, and product management
• Responsibility for project budgets and the associated cost center
• Participation in recruitment as well as the promotion and development of employees
• Planning and conducting design meetings as well as monitoring technical decisions

Your profile

• Technical or university degree (BSc/MSc) or equivalent technical training
• Several years of professional experience in client-specific engineering or plant construction, ideally in the life sciences or pharmaceutical field
• Good technical knowledge in design, electrical engineering, and process engineering
• Knowledge and practical experience of GMP and GAMP requirements
• Experience in management or coordination of interdisciplinary technical teams is an asset
• Strong skills in leadership, organization, and communication as well as a pragmatic and action-oriented mentality
• Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
