To be successful in digitalization, we must understand the business of our offices. ICT project management with the associated business analysis are therefore our core tasks. With your commitment, you will make a valuable contribution as a business partner to the digitalization of our processes and design a modern digital working environment for around 900 employees of the Bau- und Verkehrsdirektion (BVD).

Your tasks

• Plan, lead and coordinate projects (Hermes)
• Collecting functional needs and translating business requirements into ICT requirements with the specialist offices on site
• Analyzing the overall contexts of business processes in the area of the specialist offices
• Identifying weaknesses and potential for improvement as well as developing solution proposals and decision-making bases
• Leading and moderating workshops
• Creating, updating and maintaining the documentation required for operations
• Close cooperation with architecture and service management

Your profile

• Bachelor in computer science, business informatics or comparable training (FH or UNI)
• Further education/experience in the areas of project management (Hermes), requirements engineering, business analysis
• Solution-, implementation- and service-oriented working style
• Agile methods, digital transformation and continuous improvement processes are not foreign concepts to you
• Enjoyment in working with people and communicate clearly, skillfully and convincingly
• Strong communication skills in German (oral/written)

Generalsekretariat (GS)

The GS coordinates political affairs, manages cross-cutting projects and supports the offices of the BVD with the central resource departments in the fulfillment of their tasks. The Digital Management department plans, designs, manages and develops the directorate-specific ICT solutions with its around 250 specialist applications and supports the specialist offices in the digitalization of their business processes.
