Project Leader Engineering (m/w/d)

As Project Leader Engineering, you will assume technical responsibility for demanding engineering projects and provide functional leadership to the participating development engineers. In doing so, you will specifically contribute your own development experience to technical solution finding and assessment.

• Technical management of customer and development projects in the field of air rescue
• Development and assessment of technical concepts and constructive solutions as well as support for 3D development (Creo Parametric)
• Functional leadership of the development engineers as well as coordination of engineering tasks
• Design reviews as well as checking of 3D models, drawings, and development documents
• Planning of engineering capacities as well as responsibility for deadlines and costs in the project
• Planning and assessment of calculations, analyses, prototypes, and tests
• Creation and checking of development documents and proofs within the framework of aviation certification as well as the requirements for medical devices
• Coordination of certification interfaces as well as cooperation with Program Management, Production, Purchasing, and Assembly
• Technical basic training (e.g., Konstrukteur EFZ) with further training as Techniker HF or Ing. FH
• Several years of design and development experience; sound own development experience is a prerequisite
• Confident handling of 3D-CAD, ideally Creo Parametric, as well as good understanding of technical drawings
• Experience in the functional coordination of development tasks or sub-projects is an advantage
• Ability to assess technical solutions, bring about decisions, and lead tasks professionally
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative; good English skills
• Experience in aviation or medical technology is an advantage; willingness to familiarize yourself with a regulated development environment
