What awaits you

• You advise our customers on mortgage loans
• You assess new business and prepare credit applications
• You determine and plausibilize market value assessments
• You manage the dossiers, contracts, and land charges
• You manage the customer data in our IT systems
• You actively participate in the further development of processes, digitalization, and automation
• You support the Head of Mortgages with technical and organizational tasks and take over deputy tasks

What you bring with you

• University degree or further training in the banking, finance, or real estate sector
• Several years of professional experience in the banking, real estate, or insurance industry
• Very good knowledge of the mortgage business
• High affinity for numbers as well as strong analytical skills
• High sense of responsibility as well as independent and precise working methods
• Strong customer orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and shaping changes
• Fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
