Your tasks:

• Friendly reception and professional care of customers
• Receiving and forwarding incoming telephone calls
• Processing general customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
• Coordination and scheduling of workshop and service appointments
• Recording and maintenance of customer and vehicle data
• Preparation and filing of documents and records
• Support with general administrative and organizational tasks
• Ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming reception area
• Close cooperation with the workshop, service, and sales departments
• Forwarding customer concerns to the responsible internal contact persons

Your profile:

• Professional experience in the automotive industry is mandatory
• Completed commercial training or sound experience in the office or reception area
• Experience in direct customer contact and in telephone customer support
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of MS Office and common office applications
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, reliable, and well-organized way of working
• Strong communication and team-oriented personality
• Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview and act courteously
