Technical Concierge 100 % (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You autonomously perform repairs and small maintenance work
• You resolve technical breakdowns and defects, if possible, yourself directly
• You take care of our building technology and ensure that the installations and equipment work
• You help during events - from setting up tables to installing flat screens and presentation technology
• You take charge of general manual work around the buildings and the site
• You know how to recognize when you can intervene yourself and when an external specialist is truly necessary
• You coordinate, if necessary, external craftsmen and accompany their work
• You assume, if necessary, winter service and on-call duty

What you bring:

• You have a basic manual training, for example electrician, sanitary installer, carpenter, mechanic, locksmith, or building maintenance specialist
• You are a true practitioner and can perform many repairs autonomously
• You possess manual expertise and a pronounced technical understanding
• You have a good affinity with IT and new technologies and are comfortable with electronic devices
• You work autonomously, reliably, and solution-oriented
• You are flexible, simple, and intervene where necessary
• You possess a category B driver's license
• You are ready to be at the intervention site within 30 minutes in case of on-call duty
